The sea walls, large boulders placed between the Venice Lido and Venice Alberoni in defense of storm surges during the warmer months are the favorite place for those wishing to enjoy the sun and the sea in peace, far away - as the saying goes - from crazy crazy crowd, and especially "en freedom": that is, without compliance with the restrictions relating to clothing and bathing behavior, taxes dutifully elsewhere, in different parts of the Lido beach, especially if popular with both families.
And that is why, for many Venetians - myself included - the best memories, thrilling and exciting, the summers spent at the Lido are often linked to Murazzi (ENZO PEDROCCHI)
